We researched before selecting Centiam to replace the wood on the roof of our 19th century house. The advice Centiam gave in respect of quality materials and the options for completing the work was accurate and professionally delivered. Unfortunately we had heavy rain and a water leak on the first day of the job. The company ensured the problem was rectified quickly and at no additional cost to us. Work carried out to a very high standard, starting and finishing on time with all areas cleaned and hovered, they even had a leaf blower to get the debris out of the chipped areas !!!!. Front start to finish Carlo and his team have been truly fantastic. Carlo came personally to price the job and do paperwork. Always kept us fully updated on all details. Initial visit within days, products and quotation fully explained, surveyor out that same afternoon, telephone call to confirm date and time for work to be carried out. Turned up at 0830 as discussed and worked continuously until job done. Garden all tidied and slabs washed done before leaving. Extremely happy with the work carried out and reasonably priced.
